• Cancelled orders will take a maximum of 14 days to be refunded
  • There will be a cancellation fee of 15% applicable on all cancellations
  • In case of amount being deducted from your bank account but the transaction got cancelled, the banks should refund within 48 hours.
  • Orders are to be picked up in the given time and failing to do so will not entitle for a refund.
  • Customer is solely responsible for giving the right address and contact number. Providing with wrong info which leads to not able to deliver will not be entitled for a refund.
  • Our delivery person will call the customer when they reach the address. Failing to answer even after few attempts, the delivery person will return back to the kitchen. This can either be collected by the customer from our kitchen but will not be entitled for a refund.
  • We request the customers to check before accepting the order. Once accepted, Cake Buzz will not be responsible for any damages after accepting.
  • If the client is not happy or satisfied with the cake that was ordered and chose not to accept the order, they will be issued a full refund through the original payment mode.
  • If you feel that the taste and other attributes cake are not as per your expectations, we request you to write to info@cakebuzz.co.in clearly explaining why. This helps us in improving our quality to give you a better experience next time. We will either do a refund or send a replacement cake based on your choice. However, CakeBuzz retains the right to accept or deny the complaint basis on what was promised on the website and general characteristics of the product delivered.
